Hello, Dear Ones,

Jesus says to us in the book of John:

John 14:27

27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. KJV

Satan has convinced multiplied millions of Christians that this is not true.  Although they know that God has said it, and that God cannot lie, they fail to believe what he said here in His Holy Word.

These poor souls lack the peace that Jesus left with us.  They are troubled most of the time. As a result they feel guilty, and suffer with fear and worry.

How do I know this?  I know it, because the use of tranquillizer drugs and drugs for sleep are not limited to the unbelieving population.  Further, in this so-called modern age, Anxiety Attacks effect Christians and nonbelievers alike.

Can I say this to you?  Put God back into the equation.  Drugs are not the solution.  Rather, they only compound the problem.

What we need  to do is to get closer to God.  Listen:

Ps 9:10

10 Those who know your name will trust in you,

for you, LORD, have never forsaken those who seek you.  NIV

This verse is saying that, if we know God, we will trust Him.

We are so very fortunate!  We can place our trust in the God, who is in control of all that there is.  We can trust the God that is merciful, and loves us more than we can even understand.

I say that we “can” trust God, because many Christians do not.  Instead, they become anxious, worry and suffer from fear.

We have all been there.  We lie awake at night and worry.  We know that worry does not help, but we worry anyway.

As time passes the anxiety and lack of sleep takes its toll on our health.  So, rather than seeking God, we reach for a drug “to help us get through”.

God wants to help us.  God loves us, and wants to solve our problem.  But, God has created us with free will.  As long as we insist on solving our problems with our own machinations, He will not interfere.

That, Dear One, is why so many must hit bottom, before they truly learn to trust God.  They have tried everything else, and then, finally, they are ready to trust God.

After their faith has allowed God to solve their problem, they discover that the greatest tranquillizer in the universe is trusting God.  He is a merciful God, He is still in control, and He still answers prayer.

I pray that you will not wait until you hit bottom before you place your life in His hands.

I can give you personal testimony that God will answer your prayers.  God will solve your problems, if you allow him to do so.

God does not always give you exactly what you want, but, in the end, you will understand that He knows exactly what is best for you.
